Nicki Minaj is taking Milan Fashion Week by storm! It started with Nicki Minaj announcing her collaboration with Italian fashion house, Diesel. They unveiled the new ‘Hate Couture’ fashion line at their flagship store. Nicki attended the showing where fans from around the world gathered to catch a glimpse of the rap icon. According to highsnobsociety.com, “Diesel is taking a stand against bullying with its newest Haute Couture (read Hate Couture) campaign, featuring celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, Bella Thorne and others — all of whom have found themselves the target of online abuse. By choosing words of criticism they’ve received, the brand has designed exclusive items for each of them. Nicki Minaj flexes a luxe fur coat emblazoned with the words “The Bad Guy,” while Gucci Mane has “F*ck You, Impostor” written on his shirt.”
“The more you expose the hate you get treating it with irony and irreverence, the less power it has to cause harm,” explained Diesel.
Ironically, Nicki Minaj is facing backlash for speaking up against online bullying. Her haters are claiming that she’s an online bully. It’s funny, Nicki Minaj is essentially attacked on a daily basis by journalists, sub par female rappers, so called radio DJ’s, and urban blogs alike… but when Minaj claps back, it’s considered online bullying. Interesting indeed!

Nicki x Fendi
Decked out in a custom Fendi x Fila outfit, Nicki was the special guest at the Fendi Spring/Summer 2019 showing in Milan on September 20, 2018. She made a sartorial statement in a look from Fendi’s streetwear collaboration with Fila as she sat alongside the fashion elite and watched the likes of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid sample the high-end brand’s latest collection. She drew attention to her famous curves in fashionable leggings and flashed her toned midriff in a white crop top that had an elasticated collar, once again adorned with the Fendi name!
